This phone is a very good upgrade from my Samsung S23+. Pros: Both phones are about the same size. Battery life is better, adaptive screen light is brighter, and the camera picture quality appears to have improved. One drawback for me is the lack of Miracast screen casting support on this phone. Apparently Google does not want to support this capability anymore. This has been a bit of a pain since I still rely on my S23 to cast videos into my LG TV set which uses Miracast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We want to assure you that even though Miracast is no longer supported, there are alternative ways to share content with your TV, we would be happy to guide you through these options to make your viewing experience seamless on your new device.
The Pixel 10 Pro allows screen mirroring primarily through Google Cast / Chromecast, either via built-in support in a TV or using a Chromecast dongle. You can cast your entire screen or a single app by:
1.Ensuring your Pixel and Chromecast or TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2.Opening the Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Cast menu, or using the Quick Settings Cast icon.
3.Selecting your TV or device to start mirroring.
4.For wired connections, Google Pixel 8 and later—including the Pixel 10 Pro—support projecting the screen via a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort cable.

This is the buggiest phone I've ever had. I was so excited to come back to a Pixel phone after a 3 year break to an iPhone and it has been so disappointing. This phone lags with almost anything I do. It takes me 10 attempts to put the phone on speaker because the UI rarely responds correctly. Hopefully Google fixes it soon. Do not buy this phone right now.

Great device! Fast charging, stays cool, and runs smoothly. Expect a lot of Gemini AI in your face though. Be sure to get one of the versions of Pixel that has a vapor chamber for cooling (Pro/XL/Fold models) because they help a lot with Tensor heat dissipation.

Great but not so great

It is a nice phone. The battery is the largest in its class. The display is great. I like the fact that it is wide. The camera is fantastic. Storage is pretty good for stock. It's pretty zippy. Google voice understands me better than my previous phones.
So why a three?
There's zero audio software. You get what you get and it sounds bad sometimes when connected to bluetooth. Now I have found a way around that in the wavelet app.
I listen to a lot of podcasts and I do not use the YouTube app. I hate it. I use brave browser and unfortunately it hangs sometimes. An issue that I did not have with my previous Samsung ultra.

Maybe it has to do with the processor. The benchmarks were horrific. But it also doesn't have all the bloat that some of the other Samsung's phone have.
Overall, if you want a vanilla phone, this is it from here for me the two issues that it has are very big. But if those are not issues for you then you will likely be happy with the phone.

It's an absolute beast, always learning. Pictures are amazing, beautiful display, no problems with battery life. Very, very, happy with my decision to get this phone. I suggest you give it a try, you'll be surprised.
