Don't be intimidated by the install just make sure that existing dead bolt and door lock smoothly without pushing or pulling door to latch. If not prepare to do some minor adjustments after install may require realigning strike plate or widening bolt pin hole simple fixes with minimal skill. Easy set up with app, back up battery is genius and working fine no glitches working 100 percent as advertised the features it offers is well worth the product.

The lock is heavy duty yet clean and neat in appearance. The installation went smoothly with easy to follow the instructions. My wife and I are enjoying not having to use our key at all. The palm reader works all the time and gives us fast entry.
