Easy to setup the palm is nice for when your hands are full with groceries or whatever anyone that sees you use it are amazed like how did that work its quick especially ones you find the angle for your hand and if all else fails you have a back up pin

Let me first say that I love almost all Wyze products. I have a lot of them from cameras to locks to bulbs to plugs. I bought the Palm lock for my garage side door. But there are two issues that make me consider a different lock for that door. First, the auto lock feature is limited to 15 minutes or less. Other Wyze locks allow up to 1 hour for auto lock. 15 minutes is too short and therefore I've disabled that feature. Second, where's the "auto unlock" feature?? I want the door to unlock when I return home. Other Wyze locks have this feature, so why not this one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this lock. It doesn’t take long to program your hand and it also opens the door quickly and efficiently as well. Battery life is also great and I love the mobile application as well as it’s easy to add more combinations and palms into the lock. Highly recommend

The Palm Lock works great. However Wyze missed the mark by not making the key lock a learnable key lock. Why would anyone want to have multiple keys for their home? I have 4 outside doors to my home, so multiple keys would be required to get in my home. Kwikset has had the key learning technology for years. ONE key for all my doors.
