I waited years told before buying a smart lock, none of the products in the market seemed that great (even prior wyze locks). but wyze has a great reputation and I already have some of their products, so I was cautiously optimistic and pleasantly surprised when I received the palm lock. 10/10, would recommend

My family and I are very happy with this lock! When we walk up the lock wakes up, we scan our palm and it functions perfectly. I'm very impressed with the built-in battery charger in the batterys themselves. After I installed the battery's I noticed they needed a charge. I searched the packaging for means to charge them, but was unsuccessful. I removed the battery and to my surprise a USB C port was right on the side. After charging for about 35 min it was fully charged and ready to go. The installation couldn't have been easier. Everything you need is in the box ready to go. If you need instructions, the app provides step by step directions for a smooth install. I've created 6 profiles so far, and assigned a security profile for the housekeeper for Thursday, from 9:00am to 1:00 pm. She comes bi-weekly, but the schedule doesn't have an option to select bi-weekly yet, only the day. Maybe that will come in an update down the road. I'm a solid 5 🌟 for this one!! Great Job WYZE Guys!!
