So many cool features, like you can lock and unlock from your phone. Palm works amazingly well. You can use your phone, hand, code, key to unlock the door. When you close the door, it automatically locks the door. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

I love this lock it is super silent when locking or unlocking. I would like to make a few suggestions. The lock as a Door Ajar notification it would be nice if you could change it to a different time. It beeps at me while taking out trash or grabbing the groceries. Second and I’m not sure how you would solve this but when away from the house it shows offline. So I can’t remotely lock or unlock the door until someone has woken it up. Which if I’m trying to lock it is problematic.

The lock is easy to install and has many great features including the Gyroscope sensing of a close door and the easy programmability. The Signature feature of a palm scan has not worked well in my installation. It fails to read either palm more often than if successfully accomplishes that task. Happily the keypad works great and easily, so the lock is still very useful. The price is good even for a programable lock with no Bio access feature, so I am less concerned about its signature feature being a failure.
