After a month im having palm not registered on me but OK with my other 2 people in the app

Everything works exactly as advertised. I've tried several others and this is the first one that I actually like. The back up battery alone is reason to love the lock but literally every feature of the lock is awesome!
Very nice little unit. Very easy to install. I was replacing an existing keypad unit and I did not have to change jamb plate. Only slight beefs: 1) seems too be a little low on torque of lock. Unless you really really slam and close door, dead bolt will jam 2) painful to set up app on for second user. Even though you can ‘share’ it still requires 2nd (and 3rd, etc) user to go through convulsed process of setting up an account 3) wish it came in brushed nickel to match existing Schlage handset.
The lock is awesome in that you do not have to fumble with keys or key codes when you're trying to get inside in a hurry. There are multiple ways to gain access using this lock. Would highly recommend upgrading to the Wyze Palm Lock.
