Love the auto-lock feature and the audible ring when door is left open. Helps peace of mind of questioning whether we locked the door or not after leaving home. The only feature that is missing is facial recognition. :)
We've only had the lock installed for a few weeks so far, but it's been great. It's an all-around upgrade to our outgoing Schlage locks. The palm reader is generally right at that point where you start to hesitate because you think it's not reading and wait - no, it just read the palm. Not instantaneous but fast enough to not be frustrating. Keypad is much more responsive than our Schlage locks - which only work from the keypad or app. If it could read palms so quickly you just kinda wave at it and go that'd be great, but that's also not really realistic.
We'll likely be replacing our other smart locks with more of these, after a little more evaluation.
The product has lot of issues . 1) it open and locks for 30 sec on its own, 2) it goes off calibration ALL the time ,3) it says the door open but in fact it’s closed . The issues were reported to the company but not resolved
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I want to give this 4.5 stars. It is right below a 5 star product. It works exactly as advertised in every way. 1 of the 2 small issues I have with it is that the palm scanner can be a little finnicky with where and how it wants your hand to be placed to scan it. I have had to rescan 5-7 times on a few occasions before it finally unlocked (yes, I know that I could use the # pad, bit I wanted it for the palm scan). The 2nd small issue is that my deadbolt is very close to the door frame which makes the palm scanner side of the lock (oustide) almost right up against the door frame. The reason it is an issue for me is that it's hard to get my hand into the right position. I would like the lock much better if the scanner had a little wider left/right scan area so that my hand wouldn't have to be pressed up against the door frame to get a good scan.
Once again, both of these are extremely small inconveniences and I absolutely love this door lock. I am thinking of changing all my exterior locks to this.
The lock is not compatible with my door, I need to return the product. Please advise.

We had the first version which required 4 AA batteries and was always running out of battery. I love this battery backup feature and the palm unlock is awesome.
