Weak gears
on May 28, 2025

I bought this to cut up veggies etc. After a few uses it stopped cutting; the blade gets jammed into a carrot or potato or whatever and you can hear the gears grinding inside the housing. Cheaply made and definitely not what the quality used to be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it all the time. No more hand chopping. Saves alot of time. Nice to have one appliance instead of filling up cabinets with individual ones!

Mixer Attachment Shaft Too Short

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She has a Professional 600 series mixer. I currently do NOT recommend anyone buy this product. The shaft from the attachment is too short to engage the blades when the attachment is inserted into the adapter portal.

I try to cut the potato today, every half potato, alway left the last piece potato inside the processor attachment. every half potato have to open the cover and take it out the last piece potato.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and have not come across anything that it won't slice nicely yet :) I am very happy with the processor so far. The only thing I wish was different is that I thought it would have the chopper as well, but you have to buy that separately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with the feed tube - too narrow!

I bought this food processor attachment and am greatly disappointed. For the price I would have expected a better engineered product. One of the reasons I bought this attachment was that I wanted to replace the mandoline slicer I have after I cut myself really badly with it. I like to shred potatoes and other vegetables to make layered casseroles and salads. The feeding tube in this model is way too narrow! Is is impossible to shred whole potatoes - not even smaller ones will fit through the feed tube. One has to cut the potatoes and other larger vegetables in halves or quarters which defeats the purpose. I don't want to have my layered vegetables look like chicken feed - lots and lots of small pieces. There should be an additional feed tube attachment for larger vegetables included in this set.
