[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the food processor attachment for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and I love it. I am a very busy person and this is definitely a time saving device, easy to attach and to clean. I haven't even had it a month and feel like I have already gotten my money's worth.

Does not perform up to expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main complaint is that there seems to be a design flaw in this attachment. No matter if it's apples, onions or potatoes, too much unprocessed food remains in the bowl. Large pieces need to be removed and finished with a knife which defeats the purpose of the tool. This happens with all the slicing blades and at all adjustments. I believe there's too much space between the feeding tube and the disks. (The "harder" the food, the less remains unprocessed: yams produced the best results.) I have several Kitchenaid attachments and this is the first one I'm unhappy with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this once,but I will be getting a lot of use from it. My first and only use was slicing parsnips.If you aren't aware , parsnips are very hard to slice but my husband loves them. This food processor cut them as easily as a warm knife cuts butter, the motor didn't even labor.

I was thrilled when I saw the food processor attachment had come on the market. I rushed to the store and purchased it, and have used it many times since. I always appreciate Kitchen aid quality.
