Not a food processor!

I should have read the old reviews... this doesn’t have a way to keep all the food together and process it, like pie crust ingredients. The food shoots through. So it’s really an expensive chopper. Very disappointed. don’t be fooled by the misleading title.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Kitchen Aid stand alone processor but was so excited for my new mixer I figured I would just gather all the attachments for it, starting with the processor. Well 2 months later I'm so disappointed. It really is NOT a food processor...at all. It does do a fine time with shredding and I use it mostly just to make cauliflower rice but that's basically it. It says it Juliennes but the opening is too small to put anything in it to julienne.
I'm just bummed because I would have kept my stand alone processor and picked the ice cream maker instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this attachment. I use it almost everyday for my fruits and vegetables. It makes beautiful even slices, nice shreds for salads and cheeses. It is very easy to use and goes in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.

The number of things and ways it cuts things is truly amazing for such a small device. We have cut chicken, vegetables, fruit and cheeses. All have turned out beautifully. I would recommend this to anyone that cuts fresh food (cooked meats) for recipes or even just a vegetable tray.

The only drawback is that every now and then some pieces get stuck in the blade and it doesn't work as well until you move those pieces.
