Excellent Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this attachment because I do a lot of canning and it works exactly as it should and then some! I can't think of anything I would change about and it sure has made my time canning far less and much easier than it has ever been! Would be nice if it had a container to store all the blades and such together is my only suggestion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine for Christmas and I just love it with all the attachments that I'm still trying to learn how to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this item is great, but you're better off buying the standalone food processor

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this attachment twice and was disappointed both times. If I wasn't beyond my return date I'd be taking it back to the store for a refund. As one other reviewer mentioned, the shredder blade leaves large chunks that need to be picked out and finished with a knife. The julienne blade is useless, it's small shreds not a true julienne that is used in most cooking. You can get a much better food processor for half the price. Take my advice and pass on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this for my Kitchenaid Mixer for Christmas. Enjoy using it for many different food items. My food diet has been changed due to health issues and this has helped with my adjustment to this diet.

For Sale: Used (once) Food Processor?...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sooo excited to get this food processor!!!! What a great idea to have a bottomless bowl to save time from emptiing it all the time.
I have worked in the food industry as a chef for the last 20 years. I bought this for use in my home. This was the first time I used it and my excitement was crushed?.Piece of junk! I was trying to shred some cabbage for coleslaw and I could have cut it up in half the time with a knife! You might as well cut it up with a knife because the feed chute is so narrow that you have to cut it up so small so it will fit in it! Worthless!!! I tried using all three blades for the slaw and I can say that this is the most inefficient kitchen tool I have ever used in my life! Disappointed!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been such a fan of all my kitchen aid attachments (pasta, ice cream etc). Could not wait for this one. Very cumbersome to use many parts and disc and not easy to clean. Pieces get stuck and jammed. You almost need to keep the instruction booklet laminated nearby. The dice is a great, The feed tube is miniscule and requires more effort to precut; it doesn't save time. The julienne disc is a small shred. Sadly, going to return it. My cuisinart food processor worked great and gave a longer julienne (alas, no dicing - but hey I will live...). Sorry to disappoint other kitchen aid fans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got this for xmas, it works good for some items but has to small a chute and slicing area clogs. it is a big disappointment from kitchenaid. I've used numerous food processors and this is just over rated.
