It does an even job in slicing with no large chucks stuck to the top of the cutting disc like my old food processor. Love the fact that on one of the disc you can choose the thickness of the pieces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today I bought the Food processor attachment only to get it home and find that the pieces are not for the processor but for slicing. I need to order the food processor blade now and am not sure it even comes separately. Maybe I need to box it up and return the rest of the parts. I already had a slicer attachment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband got this for me for Christmas because my hands don't work well anymore. It is not a food processor. Also the lowest setting for slicing is too thick and the feeder where you put the food is so small, it defeats the purpose of having a nice slice. I wanted to have thin potato slices and I could slice it thinner and keep the potato shape without cutting it up for the feed tube. Also, instead of nice shredded cheese, I got powdered grated cheese. So disappointed, I'm returning it and trying to find a small actual food processor to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
