Inaccurate description

Hi! I bought a food processor attachment with commercial style dicing kit. In a description to this attachment you said it is fit to all Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixers.
Mine mixer is KL26M1XER (s/n W72088811) and this attachment doesn't fit to the mixer. It looks like the hub of the mixer is to long for the attachment and attachment doesn't rotate. I was so disappointment about it, because it was a present and because of the inaccurate description this surprise was spoiled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this as a gift and the only thing i did not like is that it did not come with the dicing blade. I did purchase that seperatly and it came with a case to hold all the blades.

Eh could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's kinda oversized for the purpose. I thought it would be a container that I could actually use it as a food processor. But it's more just a slicer & grater. I sadly regret getting it. Otherwise the high quality kitchen aid name stands true with it.

Wish I had wrote my review earlier....purchased this about 2 years ago for myself as a splurge for Xmas. I have tried it on different occasions only once again to be disappointed and VERY frustrated.. I am shocked because Kitchen Aid usually does things so well. Here I am 2 years later still wanting that food processor I was promised...keep looking at them, but, after shelling out so much “single momma $$” I feel I can’t justify the purchase. Super bummed

2-in-1 food pusher broke

Unfortunately it was dropped (moist hands; shredding carrots) and the plastic shattered and a piece broke off. 3 weeks of having this great accessory, so is there a replacement part available?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shoot to feed vegetables is so skinny you have to cut carrots length wise and forget about getting onions or potatoes or peppers do not buy this attachment I love Hamilton beach big mouth food processor oh also if you want the dicing blade good luck you have to buy all blades in the storage box that is another 199.00 I do not recommend this attachment
