[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this food processor a few weeks ago and I love it. It is the right size for my husband and I and doesn’t take up a lot of room. There are not lots of accessories and the 2 are easily stored in the bowl. Finally it works easily and efficiently!
I dropped the adapter in the disposal after the first use so I contacted customer service. They were kind and quick! Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the top has been engineered to be difficult to put on. Also the slicer is confusing to use since I can't tell which side to use. It's not clearly marked. Overpriced for its function.

Died on the 3rd use

We bought this food processor 13 months ago and only used it twice in the first year. I pulled it out yesterday to use, it worked for about 10 minutes and then died. Nothing to indicate that anything was wrong, it just shut off mid use. I unplugged it and left it over night thinking that maybe it had overheated, although it didnt feel hot, but when I plugged it in again today, still dead. I went through all of the trouble shooting, even reset our breakers to see if that was the issue. No light will come on, nothing. A dead food processor that I used three times that will now head to the recycle station. I really expected a lot more from this unit, but I'm one month outside of the warranty, so my bad.

Blew out

I purchased this in August and it's been awesome until today. It blew out and I saw a spark come from underneath. For the price I would have expected to have this for at least a couple years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model at my home in Illinois because I wanted to downsize from the 12 cup model. This 7 cup is just the right size for me - big enough for a pie crust, not too much trouble to shred cheese or chop nuts, or spin up oatmeal into flour for my favorite pancakes. Then as I planned Thanksgiving dinner at my home in Indiana, I realized I would not make it without my food processor- so I got one for here too. I like the small footprint, how easy it is to clean and Kitchen Aid reliability.
