Quit working the first time I used it.

So disappointed

My son bought this for me last week and I used it 3 times to crush cookies for Oreo balls and it just quit in the middle of the 3rd batch. I love my kitchenaid stand mixer but not sure about other products at this point and of course the trash has been picked up!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago, used less than 20 times in total. About 3 or 4 months ago a screw fell off from the handle in the dishwasher( top rack) which made it impossible to turn on. I only used it for like 5 times back then so I contacted KitchenAid, they sent me a new bowl without returning the broken one back which made me very happy and since then I want to use it as much as possible. I used it to shred carrots and cheddar cheese mainly. A few days ago, after shredding a quarter block cheese, it stopped working. Nothing weird, I tried a few more times after that and it just wouldn’t turn on. Then I checked my warranty, it’s already one week past...so sad, I really want to like it but now I can’t trust the quality of this brand. Not even sure if I should get those attachments that were on my wishing list for my mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased a cuisinart food processor but it was so difficult to use and sometimes couldn’t get it to work, I sold it and bout the Kitchenaid. What a wonderful piece of equipment! Easy to use and clean. Thank you! Now if my mixer would arrive that I ordered in November. Sigh!
