Bought this about 4 years ago. Fuse went bad and it no longer works. KitchenAid refuses to fix it even after you jump through all the hoops to talk to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to love this little food processor, but after owning it for a little over a year, the handle broke, and KitchenAid doesn’t offer a replacement bowl for purchase. This feels irresponsible in terms of the environmental impact.

Ease of use and cleanup

Actually, just purchased and used for the first time but am very happy with the layout and ease of usage and cleanup. I obviously can't speak to the long-range durability, but this seems like a very well thought out and well-built product and I'm looking forwards to years of great use. I almost purchase a different brand, but the kitchen aid name brand is why I picked this one and couldn't be happier. Thanks, and Happy Holidays
