Stopped working after two uses

Unfortunately, as other reviews have suggested, this product is very short lived. After only two uses, my kitchen aid 7 cup food processor stopped working. The motor will not cut on and none of the buttons will light up anymore. Very disappointing product; I expected better quality from a company like KitchenAide
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Kitchen Aid food processor was nine
years old and the top part was falling apart on the handle. It got to the place where it was almost impossible to use. The motor was still in very good shape. Bed Bath and Beyond sold us this one and man does it work good. I my self use it primarily to bring my almonds and walnuts. My wife uses it for everything else. We are both very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago with the attitude that it was just going to be another good processor. It definitely isn’t. My other one which I must say wasn’t a kitchen aid lasted maybe 2 months. This processor has high speed and very good chopping. I made some salsa and it was probably the best salsa I have made. Also it is easy to store and take a part I have put all of the pieces that can be washed in the dish washer

First use for the machine was to make hummus. Done in less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to exploring many food opportunities in the future.

Bowl cracked

Bowl cracked after daily use for 3 months (veggies)
I threw it out and can’t locate another bowl. It’s not clear if the “work bowl” is the bottom piece only?
It worked fine before it cracked.
