Broke in 5 uses

Was shredding cheese with it and it broke. I understand when you make millions of products your gonna get a bad one here and there. But whay prompted me to write this review it i was I was on hold for 90 minutes trying to get yo customer service. When I finally got through to someone I got nothing but attitude. Was told we put to much cheese in it and it was our fault. How can you put in to much when you have to cut it small to put it in the food processor opening? Like I said im sure we just got a diffective product and I understand its gonna happen. But to get so much attitude and kickback when all I'm asking for us a replacement is unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Berry good machine ..but i broke the lid .i orders one in a shop in Holland where i live ...and i wonder when do they send parts to europe .cause its more then 9 weeks ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model at my home in Illinois because I wanted to downsize from the 12 cup model. This 7 cup is just the right size for me - big enough for a pie crust, not too much trouble to shred cheese or chop nuts, or spin up oatmeal into flour for my favorite pancakes. Then as I planned Thanksgiving dinner at my home in Indiana, I realized I would not make it without my food processor- so I got one for here too. I like the small footprint, how easy it is to clean and Kitchen Aid reliability.

I love my food processor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a chef turned engineer, so I’ve used my fair share of commercial kitchen appliances. This food processor is awesome!! I’ve been wanting one for my home kitchen for a while and so glad I made the purchase!
It made Thanksgiving prep a breeze! A lot of chopping goes into all the fixings and this made cooking by myself so easy. Quick cleanup too! No more chopped onions all over my counter and floor.
I love the ingenuity of the disc blades, being one side for grating and one side for slicing. It saves space and eliminates an extra item to keep track
of.
Also, good to call out how the bowl snaps into place vs ones I’ve used in the past that snap down and twist to lock. Sometimes the twist mechanisms or safety switches would break when trying to twist it to lock.
Overall awesome product. Thanks KitchenAid you never disappoint!!
