Absolutely amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and use a food processor quite frequently. While I have other Kitchen Aid appliances, I hadn’t upgraded to the food processor yet, thinking mine was fine. Boy was I wrong! While they looked similar in design and size, the Kitchen Aid version was not only more chic looking in the small details, but it is also wayyyy more quiet, processes more seamlessly, looks great on our kitchen counter, is easier to clean, and purées, slices, and shreds easily. My 9-year-old son was amazed by the difference and was really impressed, as was I. I am extremely happy to have made the switch, and highly recommend the upgrade, even if you think you don’t need it.

Kitchen Aid Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have ever been in the small kitchen appliances aisle of any major store, you know there are two main brands that dominate the market; Kitchen Aid and that other brand – starting with a “C”. When my husband and I remodeled our kitchen in the late 90s, he bought the other brand’s large food processor and a slew of accessories. It was his choice since he did ALL the cooking. However, cleaning it has been a pain and it is finicky to set up for use. It is easily one of our least used appliances.
Then enters this beauty…the “7 cup Kitchen Aid Food Processor”. While being lighter in weight than our older unit, this is still a very sturdy machine, making moving it from one place to another a breeze. Also, instead of the fumbling twist lock of the old processor, this simply clicks into place and the hinged lid makes it even easier to get going. I love how the included accessories are designed to be stored inside the bowl. Our other one is a bit of a Jenga puzzle to get everything inside. Another nice difference is that this has two speeds and an off/pulse setting, (the other has one speed and off/pulse). The bowl holds slightly less than our old one, but I don’t see that making a huge difference as it was rarely used to that capacity. I will say, the one thing I like about our old processor over the Kitchen Aid is that it has a larger fill channel on the lid, and the pusher locks into place. It would be nice if the pusher also locked on the Kitchen Aid, but it is not a necessity.
However, these criticisms are minor compared to the overall design and improvements over our old machine. All in all, I am very happy with this Kitchen Aid food processor.

Incredible Food Processor

I no longer spend as much time dicing and chopping vegetables and other recipe ingredients. I am so happy with the user friendly features and cleanup is a breeze since the parts that need washing are dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have used this for almost every meal since we first got it. It can slice, grate, blend and more. We made our own hummus the other day so quickly! I love how fast it makes prepping ingredients for dinner. Slicing carrots took only seconds. I can’t wait to keep using this. It has become an absolute staple for dinner time in our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It looks great and matches my other KitchenAid appliances. It is very easy to put together and take apart. Love the simplicity of the model and the 7 cup capacity is perfect - not too big and not too small. I use it mostly to make cauliflower rice and to slice vegetables for soups or gratins. So far it has handled everything I’ve needed to chop, grate, slice, etc.
