It's so very easy to clean. It has the capacity to chop enough of anything needed for my family of five. I could not be more pleased with this product!!

Top Notch small appliance from Kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I own a few food processors. I have previously owned one full sized food processor and I have two smaller ones. One of the smaller ones is from KitchenAid and I absolutely love it which is why I decided to get this larger 7 cup food processor from KitchenAid. The product came in excellent packaging which was very easy to open and get the product out and the manual was very well written and easy to understand. Putting the unit together with the blades was a cinch and I was up and running trying the products in just a few minutes. I started off by Using it to make breading for chicken and I put various textures of product like toast cereal and the lake which all shopped perfectly right away. The pieces were uniform and the mechanism to remove the cup and put it back on is just effortless. I tried the food processor on a number of different food items and also used it to make coleslaw which was incredible as it turned a 25 minute job into a three minute job. Clean up of the cup and blades is made easier because of how well everything comes apart and storage is incredible because everything fits in the cup for storage. As always, KitchenAid products are premium and this is no exception. Most of my small appliances end up in a closet never to be seen again but this one will definitely remain on my counter!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is way bigger than I expected but works very good. It is good for 7 cups. Grinds vegetables very well. Not noisy at all. Blades are sharper too.

Being able to cut up more food at one time instead of multiple rounds in a smaller processor makes making dinner a lot quicker in our house. The blades are extremely sharp so handle with caution! It slices nice and quick also. 10/10 must have for your kitchen

Redesigned, no twist-magnetic container and snap lid was easy open, snap shut with slicer or shredder blade. Very quiet motor with pulsing option allows you to control the blade. This redesigned model made pesto with ease, no chunks, even consistency. The bonus was the super quiet motor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a food processor until now. My first attempt was by trying to make a smoothie and it didn't finely chop it up into a smoothie mix like the effects of a blender would do. I was a little disappointed because I thought it could do both. I guess I will stick to my blender for smoothies.
However, i am excited to still have this addition appliance in my kitchen for chopping up other ingredients like vegetables or making guac / salsa. We are constantly making a mexican styled dish in my household, so it will definitely be used for that.
One of the things I did love about this product is that it is VERY easy to take a part to clean and put back together. There are a lot of different parts but they stick together and I haven't lost them yet. But like I was saying it was really easy to clean and I put some of the pieces in my dishwasher and it was safe. It is also pretty compact, so it fits very nicely in my cabinets!
Overall, I am very happy with this product and excited to see the different food projects I can do with this appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and put together
