Amazing tool needed in every kitchen!

The lid tilts up but stays connected & top shoot makes it easy to add more ingredients. Next day we made a taco salad; shredded the lettuce, chopped the tomatoes & shredded the cheddar cheese in no time! Everything easily comes apart & goes right in the dishwasher! Our new favorite kitchen tool!

I just bought this appliance. It not only works great but it looks great too. It's easy to clean and is powerful. It matches my KItchenAid lift stand mixer. I am ordering the matching toaster and the pots and pans set as well.

Powerful motor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had many food processors but this one out performs them all. I was surprised at how durable and powerful the motor was. It’s not loud and is safe to operate for first time users. It cleans up fast and doesn’t have a lot of small parts. I’m impressed with this one and would recommend this one to anyone.

Cuts Great, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have needed a processor for sometime now so we were really happy to finally make this purchase of the KitchenAid 7 cup food processor. It has all the attachments that we need and they cut super good, but we found that the base was not heavy/sturdy as we hoped because during the chopping process the unit required our assistant to remain stable enough not to move around the counter.

good blend, but handle???

I received this as a gift 3 years ago. It has worked well, other than the handle. It broke after the 3rd use. It still works, but the handle is snapped off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
