Awful product

It can’t purée. It just pushes stuff to the sides. Whether you add a small amount or large, it’s the same.

Horrible!

I have the KitchenAid 7 cup food processor in matte black model # KFP0718BM. Unless I’m trying to process Melted Butter, this machine doesn’t work on any setting! It looks great and that’s about as far as it goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken after moderate use

Used processor about 5 times before motor completely quit working. I loved it when it worked but the value is very very poor. There doesnt appear to be a warranty so I feel cheated.

Love This Processor

A substantial, solid appliance; not flimsy plastic like others on the market. Highly recommend.

Amazing product and amazing customer service

I bought this product `1 year back and i did encounter some minor cosmetic issues. but the customer service was amazing they acknowledged and offered replacement quite immediately. almost at the end of the 12th month, the product kinda stopped working but customer service came to my rescue again and fixed it with no hassle. Kitchen aid is amazing product we all know but their service was quite outstanding. Highly recommend

Works great when it works

I bought this to make baby food. It works great for purées and salsas! I saw the dough blade and tried a dough recipe from the book. Once the dough started to come together, the blade got stuck and the motor stopped working completely. They replaced it, and the warranty process was wonderful! However, a few weeks after i received the replacement, my husband was shredding cheese and a chunk got stuck in the blade and it cut off and the motor completely died AGAIN!
We used each processor only a few times, and now TWO have died on us in less than a year! Not worth the money. I expected more from KitchenAid!
