Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive my Kitchen Aid grain & rice cooker. This was my first time using one. I made yellow rice and then added shredded chicken to it. The cooker was extremely easy to use. It came with an easy to follow quick start guide and a recipe book with delicious recipes in it! I'm excited to try some of them. Clean-up was extremely easy. I felt it was easier to clean the cooker than a pot like I had done previously. I highly recommend this cooker!!

A useful addition to your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchenaid rice cooker is the bomb. It is a great tool for working families. It makes perfect rice every time.this beautiful sleek helpful tool would be a great addition to your kitchen. I was skeptical of a rice cooker, as I still cooked rice in a pan like my great-grandmother, still using her pan.
Well, I toyed with it for several meals and even tried a few recipes in the book that came with it. My favorite thing about this rice cooker is that I can set it up in the morning (it has a delay timer) and then come home in the evening to a hot meal. Another point i feel needs mentioning you don't even need to measure, this sounds a little crazy. This machine weighs your dry rice and then adds the perfect amount of water and time. I saved the best part for last, only one pot to clean, and this machine even cleans itself. Just WOW amazing!!

Waste of counter space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good idea but doesn't work. It has minimum requirements for dry ingredients that exceed normal eating consumption (e.g. you need 4 oz of grits which is like 1 cup+ and even with 3 people who like grits that's excessive. ) The water It dispenses is off, and I have to adjust, basically I'm doing the same thing I would anyway - make it myself. The custom cycle doesn't work it won't allow you to delay it for later cooking. It's just not very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that not only this is a rice cooker, but it also cooks beans and such. I rely on this because it uses as much water needed to cook your food. For sure, it’s a safe tool to use. Definitely will be using this on a daily basis, this will last a lifetime!

We have had this for a couple weeks and rice is perfect. Trying to cook the steel cut oats recipe in booklet and it keeps telling us to add more liquid to the cooking pot or it tells us we have too much food. Can’t figure that part out. Any suggestions???
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So great! The packaging is nice and convenient to put in my purse and use on the go. The product is one I recommend! It cooked the rice perfectly and the bonus was that the cooked rice didn’t stick to the inside of the bowl-making for a quick and easy clean up which we ALL love

No other way to cook rice than in the Kitchen Aid
on March 13, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker was one of the easiest kitchen gadgets I have ever used. It sits level on my counter and while it may be kind of bulky it would be easy to store under the cabinet or in a pantry. All I had to do was fill up the water basin, turn on the machine chose my setting for rice, quinoa, long grain, wheat, oats, and then it has a digital scale on it that measures out the perfect amount while you pour. Close the lid and the machine does the rest! Making rice is so much more fun and effective now! The machine never got hot on the outside and there is a timer that counts down till your product is done, and then has a warming timer as well. Clean up was super easy as well, and my rice did not stick to my pan either which gives it a thumbs up in my book!
