[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this portable blender for when I travel for meetings. I like to use my own fruit and sometimes it is hard to get a good, blended smoothie. This portable blender is light and easy to use. The charge actually lasts a long time

This is so convenient as far as size and also being able to make the smoothie anywhere I want instead of plugging into an outlet. This isn’t as strong as my full size blender I normally use but it does well for what it is and the convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Go Cordless Personal Blender allows blending without plugging it in and for individual portions but is not as versatile as it could be. I do like how sleek it looks in all matte black and doesn’t look too gimmicky or like a toy. The blender as a whole is made with quality materials. The blender cup is a thick plastic and the blade lid doesn’t have extra parts for food and smells to get stuck in (like silicone rings). The base of the blender is heavy duty. The rechargeable battery attaches to the back of the base and is charged separate from the base. I like that there is the potential of using this battery with other KitchenAid products in the line. With USB-C becoming the standard charging port, it is great that the battery uses USB-C to charge. Now the charger can be used for multiple devices and not be so one device dedicated which is more environmental. Unfortunately, the included charging brick USB-A and cord is a USB-A to USB-C. I wish it was USB-C to USB-C so that it could have more technological longevity.
The blender has two buttons - blend and pulse. Initially, I thought I had to hold down the blend function but it is not necessary. I found that it can blend a few ice cubes with a lot of liquid. I had a hard time doing a lot of frozen fruit and you do have to put a lot of liquid in order to do so. The blender volume is loud but not overly louder than expected. It is not as powerful as a full size high power blender but it does blend pretty well for using a battery. I like that the blender does fit in car cup holders, which allows for it to be taken on the go. The blender cup only holds about 16 oz, which is not enough to do more than a small protein shake. There isn’t enough room to do a sizable drink with lots of fruit, protein and liquid. I think this is too small of a capacity to be truly versatile. I hope that there will be additional cups available in different sizes (smaller for sauces and larger for bigger drinks). I think it is useful to have a cordless blender so it can be used without requiring an outlet but realistically the base with the battery attached is too bulky to be truly portable. It is too big to just stick your bag to take to the gym. I can find it being useful for camping or outdoor cooking but the small capacity does limit the functionality. Overall, I think this product has a lot of potential if perhaps the blade was a bit stronger and the cup was larger for more versatility. Good if you only need a small capacity and don’t want to be restricted by having to plug it in.

Amazing cordless blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this blender! We have a regular large blender but the ease and convenience of this blender means we are using it far more often. It's so easy to throw some ingredients in and make smoothies for my kids in the morning. The blender is powerful and has been able to blend everything we've put into it. It's also really nice that it is cordless. It just adds to the convenience of using it. The charged battery lasts a long time. We are using this all the time and would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect for Travel or People on the Go

The battery charges quickly and attaches and detaches easily. The container size is perfect for smoothies or anything you need to blend. I will definitely be putting this to use over and over.

My husband and I love to have shakes for breakfast on the go! This is a dream. Very easy to use and clean up quick. I would recommend for sure!!

Nickel and Dime System

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that this is a good system. It blades are angled in a way that ensures that everything is pulled to the middle and blended very well. I love that the blender comes with a lid that has a wider spout to drink smoothies through because competitors holes are WAY to small for my preference. My only complaint is that in order to use this system, you have to buy both a battery and a charging base, as these are not included in the blender purchase. So you have to purchase *3* items separately to use 1 system, which is completely absurd at this price point. I wanted this system so I can take it to work and leave the battery in my desk, preventing others from using it. The battery charge is great and I was able to use it every morning for 2 weeks before I had to a recharge. Overall, the blender itself seems to work well but it definitely nickel and dimes you in order to use this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do a lot of powdered meal replacements on the go and this cordless blender has been a revelation for me over shake bottles. And the battery is powerful.
