A bit too bulky for on-the-go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the KitchenAid brand and th bfact that these are cordless. Works really well and I get a really smooth smoothie out of it. However, I don't find that this is a bit too bulky and heavy if you're planning on bringing it around. Plus you have to get the external battery for it to work which adds more to the bulk and weight of it. Upside is less cords to get tangled in the pantry when storing it

It’s a little loud but crushes ice and blends beautifully! I love the fact that it uses a rechargeable battery that has a long life and it doesn’t take a lot of room in my cabinet like so many other kitchen appliances that I have! This is a great little blender and I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cordless blender for on the go! It comes with a lid that screws onto the blender cup so u have your blender and cup all in one! It works effortlessly to blend my drinks. I can blend up a cup of fruit in seconds and then just pop it off the blender and pop on the lid and I’m good to go. It’s small enough that I take it to work with me daily and have delicious drinks all day!

A portable device I never imagined, but love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender works. It’s not for large production but it is cordless, low noise and can chop ice to make a smooth frozen drink. There are two buttons an on/off button and a pulse button. A single cup is used to blend and drink.
The mixing cup holds about as much as our a typical, to-go large cup. The machine, with a full battery, can handle the volume of the cup in a short period of time. I filled ¾ of the cup with ice cubes, added cold coffee and chocolate syrup and it had no problem turning it to a slush.
Low noise is a great benefit of this unit. The noise of the machine is a lot less than our other countertop units. The only time I find it loud is when it is chopping ice and even then, it’s only loud because of the ice. Our countertop models are loud even when you are blending fruit. I use it at home all the time and shocked a few people when I brought it tailgating. We made some frozen, recreational drinks, while we played corn (typed this way because auto filter said this was a bad word) hole in the parking lot.
The battery came separately and depending on your use, you might want to pick up multiple batteries and multiple mixing cups. The battery said it lasts an hour and I put it to work, having it crush a lot of ice, I got about 40 min of run time before I had to plug it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this blender! It is lightweight and very powerful. It blends really well and has no problem crushing ice or blending frozen fruit. It’s great for camping, the beach, or other outdoor activities. The cup is easy to clean, and it even has a handle that could be clipped to a bag or backpack while hiking. It also works well for everyday use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I am so happy to have this in my life! I am a busy career Mom with three young children so I rely on a quick breakfast smoothie. It is easy to charge, easy to use and very dependable for my daily smoothies. It is also very small enough to fit in my purse if I want to have a smoothie during the day in my office. Great job KitchenAid!

It chops ingredients really well. Superb blending! I highly recommend it to anyone who travels a lot and is mobile - this is a great blender option.

Too Loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of this cordless blender is cool, but it's incredibly loud! I wanted it to quickly make morning smoothies but it so loud it disrupts the whole house. Even my cats go running! Besides the noise, the clean up is easy and so is the operation. It's powerful enough to blend ice the function buttons are very straight forward. The battery is not included so you have to get that separately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
