Tall glasses are too tall for the machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this was disappointing!! The tall glasses are much too tall for the machine for you to be directly in. This was extremely disappointing! I like that it added more cold options when I inserted the cold carafe. It produced a delicious ice latte but only the small glasses make sense. I did brew directly into the tall glass, by holding it while it brewed! This is an amazing machine with some major faults

Beautiful quality glasses

I wish they kept ice from melting a little bit longer, but they’re definitely better at it than my other insulated cups. I love the extra Latte Crema too. It’s nice to have more than one with the Rivelia machine.

Latte lover dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new attachment. It is going to make pumpkin spice season so much fun. Attaching the extra piece is super simple and easy once you put it in it will begin the process of acclimating. Cleaning it is very similar to the original pieces and temperature control can be found on the device itself in the setting. I had a lot of fun making different lattes. I would suggest trying different creamers as well and playing around with the settings. The color is more of a match for my overall white espresso machine. It’s super cute and makes it easy to identify, which is which.

Quiet and amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my De’Longhi Rivelia because most of my coffee is iced. Setup was simple, click the carafe in, the machine adds a Cold menu with options like iced cappuccino, latte, and flat white. The foam comes out actually cold, not warm foam over ice, which makes a bigger difference than I expected.
Day to day, it’s easy. I keep the carafe in the fridge, pop it on when I’m making coffee, then run the quick clean. Parts are dishwasher safe, so a deeper clean is low effort. Dairy milk gives the best texture, plant milks work but the foam is lighter. Flavor is consistent and closer to a café drink than anything I was doing at home before.
A couple of notes. You need to seat the carafe firmly or the machine will complain. The first time I attached it, finding the new Cold menu took a minute, after that it just shows up. Build feels solid, no leaks, no weird rattles.
Is it pricey for an accessory, yes. But if you already have a compatible machine and you make iced drinks a few times a week, it pays off in convenience.
It does what it promises with almost no fuss. For iced coffee people, it’s an easy recommend, I would buy it again.
