Really nice vacuum action!

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, hence it was not opened until just recently. We transferred our bag of beans into the 16 oz canister, twisted the vacuum seal, and had some really nice coffee this morning. So far it seems to be working as advertised!

Seems to work well keeping oxygen out of the beans. It’s glass, so one needs to be careful when handling and making certain canisters are kept out of direct sunlight.
