When this first arrived, I was very excited to be able to store my coffee in this very well-designed canister. Even now, I enjoy the user experience of vacuum-sealing my beans and the overall look. However, after about two weeks of daily use, I found that the canister stopped keeping a seal even after multiple twists beyond what I would typically do. After taking it apart and putting it back together, it seems to be keeping a seal for now, but by that time it’s purpose of keeping my beans fresh longer wasn’t accomplished. Maybe ours was a defect?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept but it doesn’t work.

The failure rate of these is awful. I bought one and it did not hold a seal immediately. I contacted customer service and they says they had a bad batch of kids. So they sent me a new one which was nice. The new one worked for roughly a year now it’s failing but since it’s past warranty I’m out of luck.

Great product, but you need to offer replacement canisters!

Awesome product (5 stars). My only complaint is that you do not offer replacement canisters for the likely outcome of glass breaking (1 star). It happened to me, and I had to purchase a whole new canister with a lid. Now, I have a random lid of no use to me, so I am using it as a very expensive paperweight. So, your product is great, but your replacement policy for glass items makes no sense.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn’t keep a seal.

This product has never kept a seal for more than a few hrs. I’ve tried blowing air through the top section as suggested but it has not helped.

Doesn't close right nor does it feel like it takes out all the air. Wasn't worth the price. This company seems to get by from the look of their products but they don't seem to actually work very well.

From brand new, this has been completely unable to hold a seal. It also takes ages to seal in the first place (probably due to the same defect.) Got this as a gift but hoping I can find a way to return or exchange it.
