Surprisingly good and fairly easy to use

These jars seem to hold "vacuum" fairly well. So far, I've used them with a relatively small amount of coffee and it does seem to retain it's freshness longer. Canisters seem to be built well from good materials. The pump is operated by rotating a part of the lid and it is a little awkward. Overall, while not perfect, they seem to be very good!

Out of 3 containers I have only 2 hold vacuum. I have written before with this complaint and no answer. I cannot recommend this product because of the lack of communication or concern.

NICE OPTION TO KEEP FRESHNESS

Those ones works pretty well to keep our coffe as fresh as posible, I know that every time open the canister o2 comes in, but at least it will help you the time you are not using the beans. You guys could develop some sort of smallest ones to keep portions of 30 grams and sell it on packs of 10. It will help to keep all the way with no 02 the beans til brewing process

Model: glass, 1.2L. That's liquid

Model: glass, 1.2L. That's liquid volume; for coffee beans, holds a good 400-ish grams of beans (depending on density).
Stored freshly roasted coffee in the Atmos for 1.5 weeks, opening the canister 1-2 times daily to get beans ... by the end of the 1.5 weeks, the last beans were as fresh as maybe day-old beans. Definitely a significant difference compared to using a mason jar before, where the beans would be significantly visibly less-fresh by the end of the week.
Glass being glass, it can get slippery on table surfaces, and you have to be careful not to damage the container when putting it down. Would it be possible to have a simple silicon "boot" for the glass model maybe, instead of it being a little cheaper than the aluminum canisters? Could just be a simple silicon ring with a lip to snugly hold it against the bottom rim of the canister, just to give it a little bit of protection. Just a thought :)

Every aspect of this product exceeded my expectations. The exterior finish of the Black and White versions is particularly outstanding.

Loving it

Works well and has me considering it for nuts and other easily oxidizing foods. A welcome aesthetic to the countertop. Thank you.
