The canister is very well made but the vacuum seal doesn't last long. It could only last ~3 days and then it barely lasted 1-2 days. I think it's great if you open the canister every day or so. It may not be good if you refill your espresso grinder 1-2 times a week only.

As I’ve come to expect from Fellow, the Atmos Vacuum Canister is excellent quality and I am happy I bought it.
My beans are now sufficiently starved of nearly all oxygen and thank me with a richer cup every morning.
One thing I was a little surprised to discover is it takes a lot of hand cranking on the lid to remove the air from the canister. About 25 back and forth twists for a nearly full canister to 30 for one that is almost empty. Not a big deal but people may look at you a little funny as you furiously crank the air out each morning. Think of it as a tiny bit of exercise you probably aren’t getting these days from the Covid closed gyms. When it comes to truly creating a vacuum though there is no perfect solution so this is about as good as you can get and well worth the cost of the canister and all the hand cranking each day. Glad I bought it.

The Fellow vacuum sealed canisters keep our fresh roasted beans as fresh as the day they were roasted! We also use them for grated Parmesan cheese!

Pretty good vacuum storage

Been using these for about a month now. The vacuum action on these is pretty satisfying (twisting the cap back and forth) compared to some others I've tried.
They seem to hold a vacuum pretty well too.
