Big disappointment

I loved it when I got it. Within 5 days the vacuum pump stopped working. Massive disappointment. Cannot recommend this product.

the canister looks really good but unfortunately it stopped working less than a week after I got it. I got a replacement lid and it stopped working too after few days. they offered me another lid replacement but I returned it instead. not a good product but really great customer service.

i just dont feel it works, this is the second one I own, I love the idea of it, but it just does not work. It works for like 4 hours then looses its suction.

The material just doesn't work. The lid lost the vacuum generating O-ring now in three lids in less than a week. Fellow acts very responsible though and replaces the lids free of charge. Hope the vacuum on the replacement lids will be more durable

Does Not Hold Vacuum

Don’t waste your money on the Atmos. Mine will hold a vacuum for 24 hours if I’m lucky. That’s new out of the box. Fellow would charge 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping for a refund so, I’ll keep it as counter top decor for now

Excellent product execution needs work

High quality product. Has an excellent build quality and appears to do the job. Two issues that are important to me. Not easy to twist. I hold it against the body to help. Part of the reason is the stretch of the palm. Needs a handle. Or a separate item clamp/cover that can attach to both ends when needed. It would create leverage and be easier on the hands.
Second issue relates to labels. With four cans I can't easily determine what is in the container. If this was holding for example rice, oatmeal, sugar. At least once opened visually easy to determine. With coffee it is a different story. We need a way to label or attach part of the bag to the container.

Doesn't hold the vacuum seal

Unfortunately, the vacuum canister does not hold up and it only holds the vacuum seal for a couple of days. Since I don't drink coffee on the weekends when I open the pantry on Monday there is no seal leftover from Friday and in fact, it's probably worse for my coffee since the lid is not even on tight. So sorry but it's a one-star for me. If it doesn't do its primary function well. Looks pretty though.

Nice idea, but won't stay air locked

I usually have my last cup of coffee by 11am. I twist until I cannot twist anymore. By the next morning, the canister is no longer air locked. The only time I have to push the button to open the canister is between my morning cups of coffee. So I have a pretty glass canister, but my coffee beans are not protected for very long.
