Really handsome canisters, I love the way they look, and size-wise, they are perfect. They feel durable and well-made, but they're so sleek that they could easily slip out of your hand! I was *very* careful handling them.
Ultimately, however, the vacuum functionality let me down. It didn't hold an air-tight seal overnight, and by the third day, it stopped working altogether.

Looks great and works well. There isn’t much grip however. The material is just slick enough to make your hand slip during the sealing process.

3 containers, 3 failed lids.

So one of my lids didn't work when it first arrived, the other two failed within a week of use. I tried the troubleshooting on the website to no avail.
Fellow has sent me new lids and I'm waiting for them to arrive, but am excited to put it to use.

This is a nicely made clear glass airtight container for coffee beans, or whatever.
Holds the seal very well and the twist mechanism seems effective for purging out the air. Easy to release by pushing the center button, simple and effective.

Indicator Not Working Properly

I've had to submit a ticket for the canister lids because the indicator button wasn't working consistently on all three lids. I was informed that apparently it was a small bad batch, so I'm waiting for the new lids to arrive. For the price point, I would have expected better QA, so feeling a bit disappointed by the product as of right now. (And thanks to the holidays, the lids are taking a long time to arrive.) On a side note, it was evident that the CSR that initially responded to my ticket was not even reading the description I provided. It was only until another person took on the ticket did I receive proper assistance. A company that's expanding quickly will always experience growing pains, but it's in these types of situations, where you see areas being sacrificed in the name of growth. Hoping that things improve soon.
