Thoroughly Unimpressive

Vacuum mechanism broke within 5 uses. Contacted Fellow. Waiting for a response. Disappointed. Even if they replace it, I now have little faith that the next one will last any period of time. Would rather have a refund at this point.

Atmos Vacuum pump lids failed after one week of use

Purchased one Atmos three canister set and one additional small Atmos canister.
After a week of use two of the four atmos vacuum lids failed to work.
Total piece of junk,

The atmos vacuum canister is attractive and sturdy but the mechanism failed the second time I used it. And now it won't work at all. Also the twisting action required to activate the mechanism is cumbersome and takes a long time to evacuate the air. Not something I would want to do every morning when making coffee. I have other canisters that have oxygen escape ports on the bottom and they don't require all the twisting to use. I will continue to use them even though they don't look as nice because they are simple and they work. I have the Fellow coffee grinder and electric kettle and love them both. This canister, however, was a failure. Poor design.

I ordered 6 of these, 3 do not function the vacuum pump mechanism does not work. Coincidentally (?) all the black ones did not work whilst all the white ones are fine, so far. Aesthetic is good and the feel of the build quality is also good, but the fact that there is a 50% failure rate on such a small sample should perhaps make you consider using another source for your coffee canisters.

Unable to pull a vacuum in the new canister.

The build quality looks good, and it feels good in the hand. But unfortunately one of the canisters would not go down to a vacuum (however many times i twist the lid). I removed and re-applied the rubber gasket multiple times to no avail. Eventually my second canister had the same issues.

The vacuum canister simply doesn’t work. The lid failed within two weeks (even after attempting Fellow’s fix) and the replacement stopped working after a few uses. I gave up on it.

I bought 1.2L Matte white canister for coffee beans. did not tamper with it. construction looks good quality. I see the green color mark when sealed after twisting lid. the next day to make coffee it is not sealed. Disappointed and this product is not cheap. I tried to contact Fellow but they want an email log in. so finally taking the time to put a review which I normally don't do unless the product really bothers me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
