I really like the design and style. I haven’t done a side by side comparison of vacuum sealed to regular beans, but so far my beans have been staying relatively fresh, and it lets me keep some beans out and accessible while larger bags are kept in the freezer.

They work well, except that the sealing surface is very thin and is very susceptible to not sealing if even the tiniest amount of coffee dust is on either the canister or the seal itself.
