[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine works great for those little stains you don’t wanna pull your carpet cleaner out for. It’s also great to use in the car since it’s very portable n comes with its own catty only down side is it doesn’t have a great battery life. I tried cleaning the couch with it n it died twice within the process

Powerful suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely amazing device for our household. We are a family of 4, 7 if you include our pets and spills and stains live here. My daughter spilt milk on the floor and I was so happy to have this on hand! You spray the stain with the bottle of remover that comes with the device. A little scrub action and you're ready to go. Watching the white colored water get soaked up out of my carpet was so satisfying. The shark left the carpet with zero milk or stain. There is an easy to open drain to dump out the dirty water into the sink. There is also a method to self clean the device so you don't have to scrub each piece. I LOVE this stain remover. It works exactly like I hoped it would.

Very Finicky

Disappointed. The machine keeps coming apart and falling on the floor before I can even use it. Also the battery does not hold its charge. You have to charge it before each use. The cleaning solution is way too expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for new spills, older stains are a challenge

Recently bought to tackle older stains. The caddy system is great for portability and can be used for cleaning the unit itself. The tool is lightweight and has decent power for a cordless unit. I found that for the older stains I was trying to pull up, the device and spray had an impact but couldn't completely eliminate the stains. For pet owners and parents with carpeted surfaces and fabric furniture, this unit is excellent. If you're looking to remove older stains (couch and car seats), I recommend looking into a corded unit with more power.

It is easy to carry around since it is lightweight and all pieces are together. It cleans amazingly well! I have dogs so paw prints show up in so many unexpected areas. It cleans the furniture so well! I am totally impressed. I will have this machine for a long time and I’m sure it will get used quite often!

It’s one of those tools you don’t realize you need until you actually use it. The suction is strong for a handheld, the cleaning solution works quickly, and the storage caddy keeps everything neat and ready to grab. I love how lightweight it is, which makes it so easy to carry room to room for quick messes, spills, or pet accidents. I was so impressed with every aspect of this product. I love how easy it is to carry around. It's super light weight. Perfect for cleaning car seats.
The crevice tool gets into all the little spots that usually get ignored, and the whole setup feels very thoughtfully designed. If you want something compact but powerful for everyday cleanup, this is honestly a great choice. For the price you really can't beat it. Shark is always a great choice. I’m really happy with it so far!
