Light furniture saver

It works! My Ethan Allen chairs have been de destroyed by my kids for the last seven years and this device has revivtit to like new. The suction is strong, but one thing I don’t like about it is that the battery life does not last that long I only had time to do two chairs and it died again and then I have to take FOUR hours to recharge full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great concept if I could get it to work correctly

I really love the idea of this product. It seems to work well but I can’t get the solution in the spray bottle to work so I’ve had to use a different carpet solution. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips they provide on the website but nothing works to get the spray bottle to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice idea but cleaning solution not available

I received the Stainforce Portable Stain Cleaner about 2 weeks ago and so far I'm disappointed, but it could get better. The device itself seems sturdy and well-constructed. It comes apart easily for cleaning after use and reassemble easily as well. The carrier is a nice touch. I was disappointed in the charging system. It has a proprietary plug which, if misplaced, could make the system useless. It would have been nice to have a place to store the charger in the carrier. My biggest disappointment is the cleaning solution. It seems to work well enough, but the system only comes with one solution cartridge. There is no obvious way to refill it, and it shows up as "Out of Stock" on the website. I will be happy to upgrade my rating once the cleaning solution becomes available or an available substitute is named.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointing.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I'm not sure if it's worth keeping. I used it to try to clean up dried applesauce stains on my son's car seat and my backseat. The battery, on a full charge only lasted 15-20 minutes. Based on the location of the tank door, the dirty water doesn't dump out cleanly, but trickles down the side of the vacuum. The way the vacuum is designed you also can't see how much water it's pulling up if you are holding the vacuum in front of you. How am I supposed to know when I've extracted as much water as possible if I can't see it coming out? I hold the vacuum sideways so I can see what it is sucking up. The idea is great. The suction is good. The design is bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best spot vacuum- buy it now

I just bought this vacuum and have had it for about 2 weeks. I've used it several times already. I mostly use it on my rugs for accidents my dog has. It works wonders! I am typically a Bissell-girlie, love their products. However, this Shark vacuum is much more compact and more powerful. So easy to set up, no plugs, not hassle. Super easy to clean out. I found an old stain from my dog under my bed, and the vacuum cleaned it up super easy. I couldn't tell you how long that stain was there, as it was under the bed. The compact-ness of the vacuum even made it easy to reach under the bed. Buy this now, you will not regret it. Worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark StainForce Cordless Portable Stain Cleaner has been a game changer in my household! I’m not very good at assembling or figuring out new tech, but the instructions made this easy. It has simple steps to use and assemble. It only takes a few hours for it to fully charge which is nice. I love that it comes with a caddy to carry everything for when I’m using it on my car seats. It’s worked wonders on my couch cushions as well. I do wish the pieces snapped in a bit more firmly as some can be loose, but it doesn’t change the quality of the stain remover itself. It’s also great that there are refills available. I will 100% repurchase the refill solution to continue using this on my couch and other fabrics.
