Not Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My freezer drawer occasionally makes a loud popping noise when I open and/or close it.
The description for this fridge stated that it has a door alarm. The Use & Care booklet for this fridge also says it has a door alarm on page 15. It does not have an alarm. I'm really disappointed!

French door 17.6 refrigerator
