Love the fridge but it freezes food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the layout of this fridge and that it’s a smaller model that I can fit into my 1920’s built smaller house. The only thing I don’t like is that it freezes food sitting near the back of the fridge at a stable 35 degree temp. My only solution has been to not put anything back there A I cannot afford another new fridge and don’t want to spend another 10 hrs researching a fridge that will fit through my doors and in my counter spot.

We’re sorry to hear that items are freezing near the back of the refrigerator, even with the temperature set at 35°F. On this model, the cold air is introduced from the rear vents, and food placed directly against the back wall can sometimes be exposed to more concentrated airflow, which may cause freezing.
You may find it helpful to slightly adjust the temperature to around 37–38°F for a more balanced fresh food environment. Keeping items a bit forward from the back wall and ensuring the vents aren’t blocked can also improve airflow and reduce the chance of freezing.

Ice maker is noisy

Missing one thing....
