Disappointed Customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when my new refrigerator arrived. But that excitement quickly turned into disappointment within 24hrs. You see that’s when I realized something wasn’t working correctly. My fresh food keeps freezing. The water in my water pitcher keeps freezing. I read the FAQ’s but they were not helpful. There were no food items in contact with the vents, therefore nothing disrupting air flow that could cause the food to freeze. I even tried turning the refrigerator temperature up to 45 and everything still keeps freezing. The refrigerator was delivered Thursday and today is Sunday. I am definitely calling customer support tomorrow.

Nice little frig

Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get my new fridge, but all of my food in the refrigerator, quickly became frozen. I have the thermometer on the warmest number possible without improvement. I called customer service and they did come the next day. There is a valve between the freezer and refrigerator that is not working properly and they said they would have to order the part and come back to repair. So I spend half my day with the door open to not allow freezing of my food. I was so excited to have a new, and efficient refrigerator, since my last was so old. But, I have to wait till all is repaired. Otherwise, love it.

It was the most horrid, broken down, old witch of a refrigerator that tormented me for years and threatened my marriage until I made the best decision of my life by purchasing this beautiful Frigidaire! If you're suffering as I did, this refrigerator is your knight in shining armor! Absolutely perfect for small space, has a gorgeous body to look at, a heart ready to be easily filled, does its job every day .and is quiet as a mouse. Everything is in plain sight, easily reached, freezer has secret drawers. This thing is an adventure and I am in love! Even the dog is happier! Forget any cold feet, or being frozen with fear and just buy it! Buy it now, you can thank me later!
