Too bad. Had it installed and 4 days later noticed it frosting up big time in freezer. Called for service, two days later technician arrived. Says it needs new gasket which should arrive in five days. Scheduled to come back the next day to install. We shall see. Sad to see brand new appliance needing service

Small Fridge, Big Difference

For the past 5 years we've had one of those typical top freezer fridges and this upgrade to a bottom freezer + french door combo has made a big difference. The amount of fridge space is amazing. Love love love this.

Freezer seal has air gap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator/freezer has serious issues with the freezer door seal. With an air gap in the door, the freezer is full of ice and snow!!

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do to check why your door is not closing. Please look for open areas between the gasket and the cabinet flange, Gasket should seal against the cabinet all the way around including top and bottom, Dirty gaskets can sometimes stick to the refrigerator and pull out of the retaining channel when the refrigerator door is opened. Please keep in mind; 1. Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. 2. Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring that the gasket is secure all around the door. Also, please double check to make sure there is no food or objects preventing the door from closing. Refrigerator

So far the frig has performed very well. It took a few days after installation for the ice maker to get up to speed. You have to open both doors to pull out the right side crisper and the freezer door clunks if you don’t pull it from the center of the handle.
