A small fridge that makes good use of the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this model because it’s the only counter-depth, French door refrigerator that’s narrow enough to fit in the space we have. It’s a smaller than our older refrigerator and has one less crisper drawer, but we like the layout and it seems well designed. It is kind of basic, but so far we haven’t had any issues.
Although the finish is “stainless steel” it looks to be painted gray, with a gloss topcoat. I would have preferred a true, brushed stainless steel so it would match the other appliances we have. The finish does show less fingerprints than a true stainless steel surface - so that is one benefit.
The mullion attached to the left door can be a bit of a pain. If you pull too hard when opening the left door door and the mullion swings into a certain position, it hits the outside of the right door when you try to close it - so you have to flip the mullion back. Maybe this is a problem with most French door refrigerators.

Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a wee bit smaller than my old 18.2 unit it replaced. However, it has superior storgae capabilities. The door bins are great and hold large items I access frequently. I mostly upgraded because as a tall older person, it was getting difficult to see what is in the fridge with a top mount freezer. This is so much better with everything up higher.
The door bins were difficult to figure out/install as there were no directions for them. Also, the icemaker is very slow.

Love my new refrigerator

I guess I’ll have to take one of them back to the store and see if they can show me . when I had my house I had a Frigidaire Gallery model but don’t have that much room in this apartment and I loved it but then they set up everything
