17.6 counter-depth French Door refrigerator
on April 8, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have been pleased with our new refrigerator, we had to down- size to the 17.6 Cu ft. so we are adjusting to the smaller size and the
french doors. The ice maker is working well and if this unit lasts as half as long as my old one we will be happy campers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Frigidaire! It's my new favorite appliance. It fits in my kitchen just right. I only need to open one small door to get to my often used items! The system panel. It's so easy to use my ice maker too! It saves energy too.

Frigidaire new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the alliignment of the ice machine drawer not closing onto the track smoothly and making a noise. Not sure if this could be adjusted.?
Response from frigidaire.comBy Christi, Online Outreach Specialist, April 10, 2024
Hi, Rich2617. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us. Please know that it's important for us to hear if our products are meeting our consumers' expectations and what may be implemented in future designs. There could be a few reasons why the refrigerator door will not close properly: The door was closed too hard, causing the other door to open slightly. In this case, you have to close both doors gently. Another reason could be that the refrigerator is not level. It rocks on the floor when moved slightly. In this one, you have to ensure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator. Contact a carpenter to correct a sagging or sloping floor. If the issue still persists, please contact us by phone at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, at your convenience. - Christi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it's look, I love the room. I'm sad that it doesn't have water, but at least it has ice.
