[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With limited space (overhead cabinets), we had few options for a stainless refrigerator. And once I selected counter depth, that left only one. This Frigidaire! We were replacing a 21 cubic ft GE that was not counter depth and we hated the way it stuck out into the kitchen. And don’t get me started on that ice maker, just awful. So we knew we wanted counter depth next time but this refrigerator was only 17.6 cubic ft. Oh well, it was all there was that would fit. Well this refrigerator turned out to be PERFECT! We couldn’t be happier. It’s pretty, and fits our kitchen just right. Thank you Frigidaire for not forgetting about the older homes with kitchens that need a smaller refrigerator but still looks up to date.

Lovin’ it - so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge to replace our 25 year KitchenAid, which served us well until the freezer stopped closing. Did tons of research, decided on this one. Glad we did. There are lots of things to love about this refrigerator – I won’t go into them because we all know what those are. It’s a solid unit by a well-known, reputable company, and it looks real nice.
As with any review, I think the “cons”are just as important as the “pros,” so I’ll tell you a few things I’m not real thrilled about and you can judge for yourself whether those matter to you. First, there is no deli drawer. None. The only drawers are at the bottom for fruits and vegetables, and I just think that’s odd. We’re currently looking for one, and having some trouble. We’ll find one eventually. Second, the standalone glass shelves just don’t look strong enough to hold anything of considerable weight – gallons of milk, gallons of water, whatever. I could be wrong, but just makes me a little nervous. Third, there’s no light in the freezer. Not a big deal. Finally, sometimes when we open the freezer, there’s a loud click – something is rubbing up top and eventually I’ll care enough to look to see what it is. Not a big deal really, just something nitpicky that I noticed.
Our old KitchenAid fridge didn’t have anything that told us how cold the fridge and freezer were, but this one does – as I assume all modern day refrigerators do. I like that. The LED lights are nice and bright and everything works great so far. I’ve got my fingers crossed at the this last 25 years, but I’m not banking on it. They just don’t make them like they used to!
All in all,, a solid refrigerator.

However, the right-hand crisper drawer cannot be accessed completely unless BOTH French doors are open; a tad inconvenient. I would have liked a light in the freezer drawer. Was this an option I missed?
