Liking the new type of refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we're quite pleased. We had our previous refrigerator for over 30 years, so adapting to a new one can be a challenge, but this model makes it pretty easy. We had limited space since our kitchen is old-style, so we were limited in the types and configurations of refrigerators we could choose. This model worked out perfectly.
- Side door shelves hold items that are a lot taller.
- Very roomy interior that feels like there is a lot more space to put things
- Freezer has multiple levels of drawers making it easier to organize
- Ice maker is much better than our last one and even the small scoop is useful and easily hangs on it's own "hook"

I love the light on the bottom and the way it beeps to let you know if it has been left open. Great freezer....now let's just hope it lasts long enough for the price tag to be worth it!

Very roomy for a smaller fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new fridge. I have a small opening for a fridge, 31.5" wide x 26" deep (to the wall). I really wanted a French door & this one definitely fits the bill. It replaced an old side by side. I've only lost a few inches of freezer & gained cu. ft on the Fridge side. It's beautiful, the controls are awesome. I've had no issue with shelf sizes. The rapid freeze button is a great add on. I LOVE the freezer drawers!! The only cons I have are: I wish the ice maker was built to be removable. You can turn it off, but there doesn't seem to be a way to clear the error code when you actually remove the system. The other minor inconvenience is the top door shelves. There are plenty of them & they're good size, 1 came in with a crack at the bottom, but I don't really care. The upper shelves thou, are different than the lowers & just a little too high, making storage in them tricky. They feed into a slit like hole the length of the door & appear to be moveable, but I can't figure out how to get them to pop out (see pic below). Looking at other fridges that would fit in my "fridge hole," this one was def. my top choice!
