Freezer seal has air gap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator/freezer has serious issues with the freezer door seal. With an air gap in the door, the freezer is full of ice and snow!!

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do to check why your door is not closing. Please look for open areas between the gasket and the cabinet flange, Gasket should seal against the cabinet all the way around including top and bottom, Dirty gaskets can sometimes stick to the refrigerator and pull out of the retaining channel when the refrigerator door is opened. Please keep in mind; 1. Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. 2. Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring that the gasket is secure all around the door. Also, please double check to make sure there is no food or objects preventing the door from closing. If issue still persist, please contact us via Live Chat or phone at (800) 374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8 pm EST, and we will be happy to assist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the refrigerator at all. Shelves on the doors are very badly designed. Once removed for cleaning, they can not be easily reinstalled and fall out. The bottom freezer main drawer sticks badly when opening and I anticipate it will break after only limited use. I was unable to get any answers on these issues after visiting the local store where it was purchased

Counter depth French door refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator very much it allows for more floor space. One thing I would recommend the company add to this model is a freezer light. There’s no light in the freezer which makes it harder to see items.

Nothing “Frigid” about our new Frigidaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new counter-depth Frigidaire refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. I was fully expecting it to come more compact than a standard size fridge because of the dimensions our little space can hold, but WOW! The ice maker in the freezer is an added bonus and is hidden in a compartment that doesn’t take away from the storage aspect. In brushed nickel, it’s so easy to clean the many finger spots my family puts on the exterior as well.
