There are some possibilities that your water is not working properly. Kindly check the following: the ice maker is turned off. The refrigerator is not connected to the water line, or the water valve is not open. The water supply line is kinked. Here's some resolution if one of the scenarios was experienced: Turn on the ice maker on the appliance control display. Connect the unit to the household water supply and ensure the water valve is open. Ensure that the supply line does not kink when the refrigerator is pushed into place against the wall. Remove and reinstall the water filter. Be sure to seat it fully in the locked position. If you ever need assistance, please feel free to contact us via live chat or call us at 1-800-374-4432. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! It’s perfect for the space we had to house a fridge. Would’ve liked to option of getting rid of the ice maker stuff because we don’t use it. Also would like more room in the freezer. We couldn’t go with a larger fridge due to size restraints in our kitchen. However overall we love the look and it’s easy to take care of. Our food is at the perfect temp and the frost freezer is a plus!

A step up and fits my space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a few weeks now, but so far I’m quite pleased with it. I have a narrow kitchen, and this refrigerator allows me to access both the refrigerator and freezer without any issue. I was concerned about cooling issues, but this hasn’t been an issue so far for me. I got this to replace and older top-freezer unit, and this has turned out to be about the same size as that one, physically. The storage space is much better. The pullout drawers (3) in the freezer are a nice touch. The shelves in the main cabinet are adjustable to account for different heights; however, the door bins aren’t adjustable or if they are I haven’t been able to move those. The door bins were slightly tricky to figure out. Also, the top ones don’t allow anything of the height of a smaller condiment bottle (20oz bottle won’t fit) bc it won’t close. Also, you have to close the doors bc they catch and won’t actually shut (they bounce back). Overall, i’m pleased with this unit so far and would purchase again. I cannot comment on the ice maker bc I did not have that connected. I have an independent ice maker that I put into the ice cube bin, and that has been nice to have (even comes with a little scoop).
