Nice on the surface but problems are arising

I've not even had my fridge a week and I'm beginning to regret my purchase... On the surface it looks great in my kitchen. This is actually a smaller unit than my previous fridge yet space is better utilized for storage. However, I quickly (but not within 48 hours...) realized the door ajar alarm isn't working. After the 5 minutes are up as mentioned in the manual, the light simply goes off but no alarm sounds. Now I get to look forward to warranty calls, service visits and hoping this seeming minor problem can be easily fixed...

Overall good, just a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something rattles a few seconds when it kicks on (sometimes it’s an obnoxious buzz) that’s loud enough to hear in the living room. I can’t figure out what’s making the noise. I’ve pulled it further away from the wall, but that didn’t help. The double doors should operate more smoothly - they feel a bit jerky during closure. Also, the “insulating flap” on the left door (that seals the area between the two doors when closed) sometimes goes into the closed position before it’s shut, especially if the right door is closed before the left, and blocks it from closing. So you have to either open both doors again to give it another chance to close, or push the flap down manually. Annoying!

Quiet, spacious, and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really struggled to find a fridge to fit our space due to the narrowness between cabinets and the fact that we wanted it cabinet-depth. This fridge fits perfectly and looks great. We love how spacious the french doors make it feel. We like the smaller ice cubes the fridge makes, and the deep shelves on the door. Both the fridge and freezer have plenty of space. We’re super happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator to fit in a small kitchen. This refrigerator fits perfectly. Only a few weeks since delivery and it’s working very well. It is very quiet which is helpful given the tight space. It is counter depth, so it doesn’t dominate the kitchen as regular sized and even other counter depth refrigerators do. The ice maker is also working well, making just right size ice cubes. We’d purchase this refrigerator again.

Great value and work ethic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the counter depth for my small galley kitchen. Always have had a refrigerator that does not fit the space. This one sits back enough to allow ease of movement. The two drawbacks are no light in the freezer when I go on a midnight ice cream run, and no meat and cheese drawer. I’ve improvised with one of the crispers. All in all it is very spacious and the lighting is magnificent.

More Room Than Expected

We had a limited space to put a refrigerator, so we had to be careful that the one we bought would fit in the hole. We knew this one would work, but worried that 17.6 cubic feet was not enough capacity for our family's needs. But it is plenty roomy for us. It just holds more than you would think. We love having the refrigerator on top because we eat a lot of produce and now we don't have to bend over all the time to get it out of the drawers. And we love the bright LED lighting. This was a great unit at a great price.
