Frigidaire 17.5 cu ft French doors with drawer freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m over 60 but I love my Frigidaire , I don’t have squat down ( oh my knees) to look in fridge or freezer just bend over for freezer and stand for refrigerator I LOVE IT ❣️it cools my refrigerator items ( perfectly) and freezer items stay perfectly frozen ( also factory setting , I’ve had this for a month almost and it’s so nice . It fit perfectly in my space 67.1/8 heights and 36 width is my space fridge is 31.5 wide but leaves ample space to open the right door to open the drawers , it’s a counter depth so door opens past my counter perfect (left side ) I really like the stainless front , stays pretty clean ( 7 grandkids) they love it too, no more fumbling for a water not an ice cream bar and yes they can now open it , at first it was a strong suction but they quickly got it.

Loaded with functional design flaws and the first one we received didn't work and had to be returned

The first one we ordered and received did not work well and within 2 weeks of delivery, we ended up throwing out a ton of food that spoiled and thawed, so the appliance store ordered a new one for us. What's funny is the appliance store did not seem shocked by the fact that a brand new fridge didn't work.
We have an older home that does not accommodate a giant fridge. There were literally 2 options that would fit our space and this was the highest end fridge that worked with our size allotment without getting a cheap apartment style fridge, so this is the fridge we chose.
I wish it came in white. I hate the stainless finish. It's dark, dreary and shows fingerprints really bad. It also has lousy magnetism, so I can't keep stuff on the doors.
A single door would be so much better. I hate the French doors. The door openings are too small for it to work efficiently on this smaller size of a fridge. I'm constantly opening both doors to get things in and out. You also lose a lot of valuable storage space in the door because of the split.
Beware that you will need to strategically place your pop because a 12 pack keeps the doors from closing due to the size of the door storage units.
The doors don't open and close with ease- you have to yank pretty hard on all of them and the freezer drawer makes a loud clunking sound when you pull it open. You also have to push all of the doors hard to get them to close.
I hate the drawers in the fridge. They feel flimsy and they are very small and shallow. They only hold only a small amount of produce which is disappointing. They're also difficult to remove for cleaning because the French doors get in the way.
I'm so disappointed that things are built to break instead of built to last. Will see how long this one lasts, but since the first brand new fridge that was delivered to us had to be returned, I don't have high hopes. Hopefully it'll hang on long enough for white appliances to be manufactured again. We had live out of coolers for a over a week while we waited for the replacement to come.

BEAUTIFUL REFRIGERATOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for a week, but it is beautiful. It is so handy to have the French doors and roll-out bottom freezer. It is whisper quiet and keeps everything perfectly chilled. It has plenty of room to store all my food.
I appreciate having three drawers in the freezer. Everything is now so accessible without having to dig around. I couldn't find many photos showing the freezer bins, so I have attached some. I hope they are helpful to others looking at this model.
I needed a new stove, and since both appliances were 35 years old, I replaced my refrigerator at the same time. The old refrigerator was still working great, so I sure hope this one will be around just as long!

Doing Great. Totally Enjoying my Frigidaire

The compartment I am the wildest about is the freezer organization. In my old fridge I had to device ways to keep meats separate from other foods.

Love this Fridge!!!

The freezer has three drawers and is equally as organized and easy to find things. The ice maker is quick and I never run out of ice.
