Great Fridge for small kitchens

I have a small kitchen and a cutout that is designed for a traditional refrigerator, I've been admiring this newer style but knew the traditional size wouldn't fit my kitchen. I also love the digital temperature adjustment. Five stars.

Freezer Drawer

When I open the drawer of the freezer compartment, I notice that the front of each drawer is covered with ice crystals. That doesn't seem to be normal to me. I've raised the freezer temperature from -6 degrees to -3 degrees, but to no avail. Any suggestions to correct this abnormally??
