[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the perfect size for our minimal space! The French doors allow multiple people to move around in our small kitchen much easier than with our old single door refrigerator. Also, the true counter depth makes our space feel much bigger. The space in both the refrigerator part and freezer part is just what we need, plus extra for those times when you make extra and have leftovers. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone with a smaller kitchen/living space.

problems already

I received my new refrigerator on Friday Sept. 16. It seemed to be working fine until the next morning everything in the food compartment was frozen. I tried increasing the thermostat to above freezing but can't go higher that 45 degrees F. I have a separate thermometer inside and it is reading 20 degrees. It is still freezing everything. I tried trouble shooting per the manual but no change. I made an appointment for a technician per Frigidaire customer service. I am waiting from an 8am to 5pm window appointment. I can't get a more precise time of service so will wait at home all day. This is not promoting good customer relations right off the bat.
Also I emptied the ice bin of the first batch of ice and now it doesn't make ice anymore. There are no precise instructions on how to replace the ice bin to get it to make ice again.
Also the temperature settings are in Fahrenheit at the default 37 and 0, so shouldn't the freezer be set at 32 degrees F instead of 0 degrees? If it was Celsius the setting would be 0 degrees.

17.6 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this particular refrigerator due to space restrictions I have in my kitchen. I wanted the French door style. However, I have not been disappointed as this frig has so much space and I love being able to see everything from a standing position. Freezer is gigantic and has drawers that enable users to keep frequently used items (snacks) immediately available without opening the 2 inner drawers. It runs quietly and it seems as if my food is staying fresh longer.
